Frequency of service depends on the type of business and the amount of traffic in the building. We recommend frequency of at least twice a week, three times a week or 5 times a week depending on the size of your facility, hours of operations, amount of traffic, and number of employees. Our staff is professionally trained and they wear a uniform for easy identification.


We use a telephone timekeeping system, which tracks their work time and alerts us of any no-shows. This helps us to monitor your account closely. For quality control, our supervisors perform regular inspections and review those inspections with employees who work in the building.


To save you time and money, we can manage your restroom supplies and trash can liners. We will provide you with a price quote on all your supplies and then replenish those supplies as necessary, no need for you to place orders or pick up supplies from other vendors, we handle it all for you.

Hot Water Extraction Carpet Cleaning is recommended by the carpet mills. Other types of carpet cleaning (like dry chemical cleaning) may void the warranty. For most office buildings we recommend hot water extraction carpet cleaning once per year.


Bonnet Carpet Cleaning:

Bonnet Carpet Cleaning is interim cleaning, which will keep your carpets looking fresh and clean throughout the year. We usually recommend bonnet carpet cleaning of traffic lanes six months after hot water extraction.


Encapsulation Carpet Cleaning:

Encapsulation Carpet Cleaning is another type of interim cleaning, which we may recommend depending on your situation.
